Thursday 11 December 2025 is The Day of the Truck Driver. The day when we put all drivers in the limelight. And of course, we do this in our own TVB way: with a delicious Ball Sandwich Drive-Thru!
Drivers are indispensable. Without you, literally everything comes to a standstill. Therefore, on this special day, we would like to thank you for your commitment, flexibility and the many kilometres you cover every day.
Between 15:00 and 19:00, you are welcome to drive by and pick up a fresh ball sandwich. Just from your truck, without any hassle. Just stop, grab a sandwich and move on again.
📍 Location
The drive-thru will take place at the ABC site in Westland (Poeldijk). The exact address is ABC Westland 248, right opposite the TVB Transport site.
You reach the route to the sandwich ball drive-thru via the roundabout where Arckelweg and Paul Captijnlaan meet. Please note that the drive-thru runs parallel to the normal road, so not via the regular transit route, but via the road next to it. We have included a clear map so you can see exactly how to drive. This keeps the flow of traffic smooth. You can find the map below.
🚛 Who is the drive-thru for?
The drive-thru is for anyone who holds a truck driving licence (C/CE). So you do not have to work at TVB, all drivers are welcome to drive through the drive-thru.
Stop by, honk your horn and pick up that delicious ball sandwich.
