What once began as two separate companies has coalesced into one strong organisation with a common route forward: TVB Transport.
The start of two stories
In 1972, Ton van Bergen B.V. was founded. The first trips from growers to the auction were made with just one tractor. The company grew along with the horticultural sector and developed into a specialist in conditioned transport.
On the other hand, the basis for SVB Transport Group was created in 1992. There, too, the strength lay in reliability, customer focus and growth. Over the years, SVB built up a solid name in the transport world.
Moving forward together since 2024
After decades of experience and growth, these two lines came together on 1 January 2024. TVB Transport and SVB Transport Group joined forces and have since continued under one name: TVB Transport.
With the merger, we expanded our fleet to 75 units and strengthened our position in conditioned transport, both nationally and internationally. From our joint location in Poeldijk (ABC Westland), we work as one team.

By combining our knowledge and experience, we can serve customers even better: more flexible, efficient and ready for the future. At the same time, we remain true to what has made us great: honesty, decisiveness, commitment and clear communication.
Looking ahead
Today, TVB Transport has become a specialist in conditioned transport, with more than 50 years of experience and a modern fleet of 75 units. Every day, we drive in the Netherlands and abroad to transport loads safely from A to B.
